The Toad, one of the many elite mobs that can be found in the Frontier, is introduced into the Frontier during the Otherworld Update. The Toad can be found in the Otherworld Tower, a 50-floor dungeon where a maximum of 4 players can venture through and slay the enemies that lurk in the dungeon. This particular mob can be found on the 16th floor, TOADS!, where the players will attempt to fight against at least five toads in each of the three waves.
Similar to the Dull Frog that can be found in the Frontier, the Toad share similar appearances and features of the Dull Frog. The Toad's projectiles are also noted to inflict large amounts of damage than that of the Dull Frog's projectile, making it a tough opponent to fight against.
In appearance, the Toad takes on an appearance of a toad but is assumed to be twisted by the Frontier's magic. It has a wide mouth and tiny, yellow glowing eyes, as well as possessing 'stubby' arms and toes. Its main colors are green, typical colors used to visualize a toad. Similar to the Dull Frog, it also possesses a place where it can shoot out projectiles of 'water' at the players.
The Toad shares similar behaviors and attacks to the Dull Frog and can range from:
