Summary

The Theatre Key is a monster drop that can be found in the Nightmare. It can be found from various sources and locations throughout the Nightmare including but not limited to:

A rare drop from a Corrupted Onyx Knight.
A rare drop from an Industry Giant.
A very rare drop from a Mansion Ant.
A very rare drop from a Nightmare Lantern.
A very rare drop from a Red Wolf.
Being collected off of a wall display above the iron cell door in the Inside (first-riddle room)

Appearance/Usages

In appearance, the Theatre Key is a key made out of hardened bronze with ornamentations on certain parts of the key, such as a red button with a clown-like expression. The Theatre Key is used to unlock doors sealed with the keylocks that can only be opened by the Theatre Key. If the player has no purpose for the Theatre Key, it can be sold for 0 gold.

Trivia

The Theatre Key will not drop on death and can be obtained from the Pig should it be lost or dropped.
Players who have obtained the Theatre Key as a drop from a mob won’t be able to get it back from the Pig.
