The Lightning Bolt Scroll is a development item used by the main developers of Fantastic Frontier to test out the functionalities of magic weapons. Unlike most of the items in Fantastic Frontier, the Lightning Bolt Scroll's image is represented as a digital drawing of a scroll, rather than based off on the item's physical appearance in-game.
It was illegally datamined by anonymous users back in July 2017, the month in which Fantastic Frontier was released to the public. The Ore Emporium, a shop made for testing purposes, was also discovered with the scroll. Its current whereabouts is unknown, but is assumed to be removed from the game files. The scroll likely inspired the creation of the Greater Storms Spellbook, a magic weapon that also allows its casters to cast lightning spells.
