Summary[]
Hutch Firestarter is one of the many inhabitants of the sanctuary, The Town of Right and Wrong. The NPC can be found next to a tight stairway-passage that connects the roads of the Lower District and The Grand Castle.
The name Hutch derives from the name Hugh, which is often associated with intelligence. The last name Firestarter probably references the Firesoul Spellbook, a magic weapon for starter pyromancers.
