- A possible rare drop from the Cellery.
- A possible uncommon drop from the Scarecrow.
- A possible very rare drop from the Whisperer.
In appearance, the Green Shoes is a simple pair of green shoes. Other than that, nothing much can be said about its overall appearance.
When worn, the Green Shoes will provide 3 walkspeed points, allowing the player to move slightly faster.

- Before the Otherworld Update, the Green Shoes' original sell value was 2,000 gold. This was later changed to 7,777 gold after the introduction of the Otherworld Update.
