- A possible reward from the Firefly Quest.
- A possible reward from the Otherworld Present.

In appearance, the Esteemed Heirloom is a chunk of gold consisting of a collection of gold pieces melded together. Players can exchange 2 Esteemed Heirlooms for 165,000 gold during the Slayer's Tasks. If the player has no purpose for the Esteemed Heirloom, it can be sold for 50,000 gold.
