Summary[]
The Cosmic Ghost Mask is one of the many monster drops that can be acquired on the island of Matumada. The Cosmic Ghost Mask can be obtained as a 'rare' drop from the Cosmic Ghost. Other than that, there are no other known viable methods of obtaining the armor piece.
Appearance/Usages[]
In appearance, it is a simple mask mimicking the face of the Cosmic Ghost that gives off purple, nebulous mist particles as well as purple and yellow star particles around the player's head.
Once equipped, the player will receive 16 armor points, slightly increasing the player's protection, and a 70 point increase of all damage types, increasing the player's damage output. Other than that, it can be sold to a selling vendor at a selling price of 5,000,000 gold.

- The Cosmic Ghost Mask has the best stats out of the four ghost masks.
- Despite coming from the largest ghost variant, it's tied with the Plasma Ghost Mask for being the smallest of the four ghost masks.
- The Cosmic Ghost Mask is one of five items added in the Spring update which has a black-purplish outline, previously seen on only the Honoring Blade and the Circus Watch prior to the Spring update. As of the Spring update, the list now includes the Pipe Machine, Cosmic Ghost Mask, Cosmic Charm, Nightingale Mask and Tag Red Lazer.
