The Corrupted Wizard's Helmet is a standalone armor piece that fits on the player's head that can be obtained in the Frontier. It can be obtained from the Corrupted Wizard as a possible drop from the mob, a mini-boss that can be found in The Spider's Nest at Blackrock Mountain.

In appearance, it has eight red eyes similar to that of the eight eyes of the Corrupted Wizard. The helmet resembles the head belonging to that of the Corrupted Wizard. It appears to be made out of reinforced metal.

The benefit of wearing the Corrupted Wizard's Helmet is that it provides 12 armor points, which reduces enemy's damage, and 40 bonus damage for magic-based weapons, increasing the number of damage inflicted on enemies.

Trivia

• There are no other means of obtaining this item besides killing the Corrupted Wizard as of the 1.10 (Fishing) Update.
