The Baltimore Worm is a fish that can be acquired in the Frontier. It can be found from various sources and locations throughout the Frontier including but not limited to:

• An uncommon drop from Parasite.
• Being caught at Black Tower Well, Hoodlum Falls, Blackrock Mountain and The Town of Right and Wrong.

Appearance/Usages

The Baltimore Worm is a long worm possessing various colors on each section of its body with its limbs possessing a purple hue. Players can consume the Baltimore Worm to restore 100 health points and gain 5 stamina points with a temporary 7 Walkspeed stat bonus. If the player has no purpose for the Baltimore Worm, it can be sold for 25,000 gold.

Trivia

• It was introduced in the 1.10 (Fishing) Update.
• When fishing at the Hoodlum Falls, the Baltimore Worm can only be caught from the streams on the beach leading into the ocean. Fishing further upstream past the beach will make it impossible to catch the Baltimore Worm.
