As its description implies, the Scraps is a heap of heavy metal scraps. They are supposedly the leftover scraps of a 'fallen' Robo-Hopper.
This drop sells for 500 gold. In appearance, the Scraps are multi-colored blocks stacked on each other with a single block holding it together.
