Rubberfoot Randall is one of the many inhabitants that can be found in the sanctuary, The Town of Right and Wrong. He can be found behind a large building near the Otherworld Tower, also known as The Grand Castle.
The name Randall derives from the meaning 'wolf-shield', although it is unclear how it ties to the character as a whole. The title 'Rubberfoot' simply refers to the red rubber foots Randall wears.
