Rootshoe Lenny is one of the many inhabitants that can be found in the sanctuary, Topple Town. He can be found behind a small building near the graveyard of Topple Town. When spoken with, he will say that he's figuratively on fire, signifying that he had done something amazing or cool in his perspective.
The name Lenny could derive from the meaning of lion-bold. In this case, Rootshoe Lenny claims he is on fire, which could mean that he's bold to have performed something amazing or cool in his views. The title, Rootshoe, could derive from the shoes that he wears, being rooted to one specific location.
