The Road Radio is a 'harvestable' that was introduced during the Ratboy's Nightmare Update. It is one of the many collectibles that are needed by the players in order to complete the entries of the Itempedia of the Nightmare. The Road Radio can be found in very few places that include the following:

Appearance/Usages

The Road Radio Appears to be a large speaker with an antenna and two small legs/sands. It appears to be corrupted, like most things in the nightmare, as it has strange prongs coming off the sides.

The Road Radio itself is useless and its only purpose is to be sold to a vendor at the price selling price of 66,000 gold.
