Summary

The Red Ratboy is an easter egg that can be found in the Frontier, specifically under the leaves of a pine tree in Ancient Forest. Other than that, not much can be said about its purpose in the Frontier, other than being a mystery.

- This dialogue was removed since the Otherworld/1.10 (Fishing) Update [?].
"I had a present for you!!! I really did!!! But I can't find it anywhere!!! Wind must've took it..."

Trivia

It is one of the many Ratboys that appears in-game, alongside with Golden Ratboy, Ratboy (Monster), Ratboy, and Stone Ratboy.
Red Ratboy is supposedly the creator of the Otherworld Presents as the (Otherworld Update) dialogue implies that Red Ratboy intended to give the players a present.
During the release of Fantastic Frontier and the Otherworld Update, the NPC was placed so that the players can see the NPC's entire appearance, however, later on in the 1.10 (Fishing) Update, Red Ratboy's position was adjusted where Red Ratboy will be facing the tree and its leaves.
There is a chance that an otherworld present will spawn on the top of the tree next to him.
