The Red Ratboy is one of the many Ratboys that can be found in the Frontier, the other being the Golden Ratboy, Rat Boy, and Ratboy. The Red Ratboy is notably found hanging off on a tree in the Ancient Forest. The NPC's true purpose is unclear, but it is possible that it merely serves as a fun easter egg for players to find.
