Summary
The Red Ant Eyes is one of the many monster drops that can be acquired in the Frontier. They can be acquired through multiple means that include but are not limited to:
In appearance, the Red Ant Eyes are two solid, shiny red eyes of a red ant.
Like most monster drops, it is typically sold to selling vendors in sanctuaries. It does not have a relevant purpose in-game. As of late 1.10 (Fishing) Update, the Red Ant Eyes does not appear to be an exchangeable item during Slayer's Tasks.
