Realtor Reynolds is an NPC which purpose is only to sell houses (more on Housing). Currently, Reynolds sells five houses; three at Topple Town, one at The Town of Right and Wrong and lastly another at The Quiet Field. Similarly to Luhr, Realtor Reynolds has no lore and is only in the game to sell [houses]. If you go to the building with the house banner, you can buy the 100k house nearby (where you are roommates with Reynolds) or ask why you should buy a house and where to buy houses.
Dialogue
After pressing [E] to talk to Realtor Reynolds, you can let him elaborate with "I'm interested.". Which his extended information includes: amount of storage slots, a bed and another addition (if house is above 2 mil) or exit the speech prompt by "No thanks.".

If you head inside to the house with the house banner, behind Ollie Ozzwald (Ollie's shop has a green wizard cap roof). Then press [E] to talk to Reynolds, three options appear.
- Where can I buy a house? (Which he responds with, "Just look for me! If a house is for sale I'll be somewhere close.")
- Why should I buy a house? (Which he responds with, "That's simple really! Houses provide a place for you to rest at night, free of charge. Owning a house also gives you access to additional storage slots." "On top of that, they are a great place to hang out!")
- Leave (Exits speech prompt)
When you speak to Reynolds after you bought one of his houses, he says "Enjoy your new place!". Also, when inside the 100k house after pressing [E] to talk to Reynolds he says, "Hey roomie!".
