In appearance, the Ratboy Secrets is a book with a depiction of Ratboy's face in its center. Papers can be seen stacked on top of the book. If the player has no purpose for the Ratboy Secrets, it can be sold for 10,000 gold.

- The Dreaming Ratboy possesses the same reward table with the Ratboy, which made it a reliable source to obtain the Ratboy Secrets from before damage stacking with Honoring Blade was patched.
