The Ragged Top is a garment that can be acquired in the Frontier. It can only be obtained from the Clothing Seller in Topple Town, at a price of 40,000 gold.
As its description implies, it is a ragged puffy top that smells of onions. Two brown buttons can be seen at the upper part of the shirt, as well as a loosened brown suspender to the left of the buttons.
Overall, the Ragged Top is simply a garment that players can use for vanity and in spite of being used for vanity, it does not have a relevant purpose in-game.
