The Queensguard, one of the many elite mobs that can be found in the Frontier, is introduced into the Frontier during the Otherworld Update. The Queensguard can be found in the Otherworld Tower, a 50-floor dungeon where a maximum of 4 players can venture through and slay the enemies that lurk in the dungeon.
This particular mob can be found on the 28th floor, The Queensguard, where 2 Queensguards will appear on the battlefield in order to slice and dice the players to death. It is noted that it is sometimes compared and confused with the Ancient Titanium Knight for their similarities in appearance.
The Queensguard is noted to have a titanium-based armor set, except with the only difference is its royal plume and bands, most likely in order to show that they obey the Queen's orders, although it is unclear who is the queen that commands these knights. It is assumed that these Queensguards are high-ranking knights that grasped the attention of an unidentified queen of the Frontier or another realm or land.
The Queensguard have various attacks and can range from:
- Sweeping the ground in front of it
- Attempts to slash the player
- Wield its greatsword on both ends and attempts to slice the player in half
- Performing an uppercut
