The Pygmy Dragon, one of the many elite mobs that can be found in the Frontier, is introduced into the Frontier during the Otherworld Update. The Pygmy Dragon can be found in the Otherworld Tower, a 50-floor dungeon where a maximum of 4 players can venture through and slay the enemies that lurk in the dungeon. This particular mob can be found on the 36th floor, Remember the Dragon, where a hostile Pygmy Dragon will begin to attack the player(s).

The Pygmy Dragon is also known as the Baby Dragon, White Dragon, Monochromatic Dragon, Fantastic Dragon; but small, and Baby-Powdered Dragon to some players. Some of these nicknames were either ridiculous or is simply other ways that the mob can be addressed as.

Unlike the Fantastic Dragon, the Pygmy Dragon will not attack the player unless provoked or if the player is close to its aggro range. The Pygmy Dragon is notably seen moving around in a triangular pattern and is often described to be smaller than that of a 'normal' Fantastic Dragon. Its beams are notably tougher as well, making it difficult for players who are not able to avoid its ranged attacks.

In appearance, the Pygmy Dragon shares nearly identical features of a Fantastic Dragon, except that it possesses a white skin tone, rather than a light green skin tone. It is also noted to be 'half the size' of a Fantastic Dragon and may explain why some people call it the "Baby Dragon", due to its small size.

The Pygmy Dragon shares similar attacks to that of a Fantastic Dragon and can range from:

  • Shooting 'fantastic beams' at the players
  • Swiping its hands at the players
  • Attempts to pierce the players with its greatswords on its back
  • Attempts to clap its hands in order to put forced pressure to inflict large amounts of damage on the player.
