Template:Monster InfoBoxThe Primeval Genie is a hostile creature that can be found in the Frontier. It can be seen residing in The Pits and is not to be confused with the Mud Genie.
Appearance
The Primeval Genie is a frog-like figure that possesses two radiating, yellow eyes surrounded by a layer of green skin. It has two pairs of white back features that may be used to resemble the pastel branches of The Pits. It has a pair of hands, each with two sharp hook-like claws.
It has a pair of mandibles near what appears to be its "mouth." Its main body has brown stripes and an abdomen ending in a small box-like base with glowing yellow Genie Rings around it.
Strategy
Like the Mud Genie, the Primeval Genie is immobile and can only rotate from its position. Use this to your advantage - a Magic or Ranged user can easily demolish its health from afar without getting hit at all.
A melee user has to be more careful when dealing with a Primeval Genie. Dodge and hide from the Genie's beam attacks, despite the fact that these are incredibly hard to avoid. When within melee range, keep hitting the Genie and backing away to avoid the claw attacks until it dies.
Attacks
White Beam: The Primeval Genie raises its arms and shoots a rapid stream of white beams towards the player if the player is caught within medium range.
Claw Swipes: If within melee range, the Primeval Genie will try and slash the Player with two sharp claws.
