Summary
The Perplexed Shellmouth is one of many monster drops that can be acquired in the Frontier. It can be obtained through multiple means that include but are not limited to:
- Killing a Fantastic Dragon.
- Killing a Pygmy Dragon.
- Killing a Shellmouth.
- Killing The Cricket.
In appearance, the Perplexed Shellmouth is the actual creature of the Shellmouth, without a body. It possesses a brown furled brow and its head appears to be made out of shells and clams. The eyes are supposedly made of white pearls.
Like most monster drops, it is typically sold to selling vendors in sanctuaries. It does not have a relevant purpose in-game. As of late 1.10 (Fishing) Update, the Perplexed Shellmouth does not appear to be an exchangeable item during Slayer's Tasks.
