The Noble Blue Flower is a plant introduced in the Ratboy's Nightmare update which is the second most expensive gardening item, excluding salamander eggs.

The Noble Blue Seed can be purchased from Mr. Sims in Topple Town or the Green Golem located near the same area or within the Nightmare. The seed can also be earned by winning a race against the Racing Clown. Alternatively, Spikers will rarely drop up to four of these seeds when killed.

After two hours in a plot, the seed will have grown into a large, very happy Noble Blue Flower, which can be talked to. The flower will express its joy at being grown before asking the player what they desire most, resulting in them receiving one of three beans or a piece of Litter before disappearing.
