In appearance, the Nightmare Staff is simply an odd-looking stick that was formed with nightmarish energies. It is nearly identical to the staff that a Dark Snibber uses. Other than that, not much can be said about its overall appearance.
It is possible for players to exchange Nightmare Staffs for gold during Slayer's Tasks if the task card is currently active. Other than that, it can be sold to a selling vendor at a selling price of 9,000 gold.

- The Nightmare Staff cannot be used as a weapon whatsoever.
- Like the Odd Stick, the Nightmare Staff is claimed to be one of the most difficult items to acquire due to its rarity.
