Also known as the Mimic Mushroom, the Mushroom Head is a creature that semi-buries themselves under the ground. The Mushroom Head tricks newer players by appearing as if they were a rare collectible for their Itempedias. When harvested, it will lunge out of the ground to attack the player with multiple beams, poisonous clouds, or other attacks that the Mushroom Head might unleash.
In appearance, it is a humanoid-like figure that is assumed to be based off on a red spotted mushroom. The top of its head is used to fool players and other creatures into thinking it is part of the silent plant life. It has two, small black eyes, as well as two smaller red spotted mushrooms on its body.
There are two known attacks that the Mushroom Head will unleash upon the players. The first known attack is shooting a white beam towards the player from afar. The second known attack is releasing a poisonous cloud of spores, similar to the attack of a Spore Mole.
