Summary
Meekis Brown is one of the many inhabitants that can be seen in the open market, located at Topple Hill. The NPC was introduced during the Ratboy's Nightmare Update. Upon interacting with the NPC, the players can make inferences that Meekis plans to buy the rug and/or the toaster; clearly in a state of indecisiveness and confusion.
In appearance, Meekis Brown appears to be wearing a rundown old-fashioned attire with a red tie, as well as an old-looking hat and pair of brown pants.
