In appearance, the Left Head of the Democan is a blackish-purple head with two mouths lined with square-shaped teeth. If the player has no purpose for the Left Head of the Democan, it can be sold for 50,000 gold.
Trivia
- During the initial release of the Ratboy's Nightmare Update, it was possible to acquire the Left Head of the Democan from The Cricket, due to the fact that its drop table was mixed up with the Democan's drop table. This was later patched on an unspecified date.
