The spellbook is purchased from the Otherworldly Weaponsmith in The Town of Right and Wrong for 3,400,000 gold.
The base damage for the projectile attack is 100, and the left click magic bonus received is 80%.
While this is a spellbook, its attack is not a long-range attack, unlike any of the other spellbooks in the game.
