The Grateful Frog is a rare harvestable that can be found in the Frontier. They are one of the most sought-after harvestable by the community as it is part of the Frog Quest that can be repeated. The Grateful Frog is usually found hanging underneath trees, terrains, and objects. Players may have the option to sell the Grateful Frog at a selling price of 100,000 gold. It is advised to use a Mushroom Parasol, jump-boosting equipment and/or wings to collect Grateful Frogs that some players are unable to reach.
The Grateful Frog can also be used for the Frog Quest, where the players have to collect 5 Grateful Frogs in order to get a random rare collectible. This can be turned in to the Blue Frog located on the second floor at Red Ogre Inn in Topple Town. This quest can be repeated by the players, allowing the players to continue to get a random rare collectible.
The Grateful Frog is also reported to be dropped from the Purple Ogre.
In appearance, it is a green frog humanoid figure that is trapped in a cage that seemingly is made out of iron. Above the cage is a hook where the cage is hooked onto an object, terrain, or trees that can be found in the Frontier. The Grateful Frog is not to be confused with the Blue Frog as both of these NPCs is trapped in a cage and appears to be the same specimens. Rather than seeing [E] Harvest, the player will see [E] Rescue, as implied by its description where the Grateful Frog is "saved" by the players until eventually they are sold to a selling vendor or turned in to the Blue Frog.
These are the known locations of the Grateful Frog. It varies from multiple places and not all known spawns are known to the public. These Grateful Frogs are often found hanging underneath something, so be sure to find one.
