The Gnome Wizard Master is a vendor that can be specifically found in the Gnome Magic School, located in Topple Town. He can be found on a small table-like base near the walls of the Gnome Magic School and is surrounded by notable features, like the stack of rocks that resembles the Safe Zones rock. He is notably known for selling some of the first magic-based armor sets (wizard robes) that players can purchase, as well as some of the useful spellbooks like the Firesoul Spellbook and the Darktoad Spellbook.
Based off on the Gnome Wizard Master's name/title, he is identified as a gnome, like any other residents that can be found in the Gnome Magic School, excluding Big Eyed Toad Tom. He is also a wizard, who mainly use magic in combat and other necessary needs. It is also clear that he is a mastered wizard, who may have significance in the past.
The players can interact with the Gnome Wizard Master, allowing them to gain access to one dialogue. Here is the dialogue:
