Summary
The Gift Fruit is the end-product of the Gift Tree, a crop that can be grown and cultivated by the players while performing gardening-related activities in the Frontier. A Gift Fruit can be thrown at the players by the Flying Clown on very rare occasions, which will open on impact. This will drop a random reward that players can collect, but are usually worth little to no value when sold to a selling vendor. Another viable, but less effective method is by obtaining it as a rare reward from The Deli (only if the bottle is black).
