The Giant Mushroom Stump is one of the many monster drops that can be acquired in the Frontier. Viable methods of acquiring the Giant Mushroom Stump include the following:

A possible drop from the Mushroom Head.
A possible reward from the Firefly Quest.
A possible gift from the Otherworld Present.
A possible reward from the Otherworld Tower.
A possible reward from the Treasure Chest.

Appearance/Usages

In appearance, the Giant Mushroom Stump is a large red-spotted mushroom presumably plucked off from the corpse of a Mushroom Head. Other than that, not much can be said about its overall appearance.

The Giant Mushroom Stump does not have any apparent usages in-game, other than being sold to a selling vendor at a selling price of 8,500 gold.
