The Flora Top is a garment that can be acquired in the Frontier. It can only be obtained from the Clothing Seller in Topple Town, at a price of 8,000 gold.
As its description implies, it is a green top ideal for a day in the woods. Two noticeable dark-green patches can be seen on the shirt, as well as a gray belt and green 'strips' that lines up on the upper edges and the middle of the shirt.
Overall, the Flora Top is simply a garment that players can use for vanity and in spite of being used for vanity, it does not have a relevant purpose in-game.
