The Dark Ghost Mask is a standalone armor piece that can fit on the player's head that can be obtained in the Frontier. It can be acquired from Dark Ghosts, and Ancient Ogres. It is sold for 15,000 gold.
Like the Ghost Mask, it only gives armor. The Dark Ghost Mask gives 5 more armor than the Ghost Mask totalling to 10 armor.
It's appearance is just like the Dark Ghost, which has a sinister face and a purple color, however, it does not give the purple aura given out by the Dark Ghost.
