In appearance, the Blacksmith's Hammer is somewhat identical to that of an Inferno Hammer, with the actual hammer itself being forged from hardened iron and onyx braces.
The normal slam attack of the Blacksmith's Hammer consumes about 3-4 stamina points per swing. The delay of each normal attack lasts for 3 seconds before another attack can be performed.
The Blacksmith's Hammer has no special abilities whatsoever. Despite the lack of a special ability, the player will receive a 1.4x Melee Damage Bonuses whenever they use this weapon. In other words, any melee-boosting equipment that a player is wearing will increase the damage of the Blacksmith's Hammer while it is equipped.
The Blacksmith's Hammer has decent DPS, the range is not too amazing, and the animation makes it hard to move and hit at the same time. The Blacksmith's Hammer gets outclassed by most greatswords, scimitars, and rapiers. Overall a pretty mediocre weapon and not worth buying.
- It serves as a reference for the design of the Inferno Hammer.
- Similar to the Inferno Hammer's particles, the Blacksmith's Hammer will create a large smash onto the ground that brushes away dirt, dust, and other substances around the hammer.
- During the Balance Update [v1.31], the Blacksmith's Hammer's base damage was increased from 246 to 305 points.
