Big Eyed Toad Tom is a food vendor that can be found at the Gnome Magic School in Topple Town. He can be found in the small outdoor cafeteria area of the Gnome Magic School where he sells his own version of soup to the gnomes, as well as the players if they want to purchase it. On some occasions, Big Eyed Toad Tom will often "stretch" into a taller version, which is the main reason why there is a hole in the rooftop that he stands under.
Big Eyed comes from the fact that he has big eyes. Toad may come from the fact that he is a specimen of some sorts of toad species or that the NPC possesses toad-like properties. The name Tom is often used as a shorter way of saying the name Thomas, but its meaning is "twin." This seems to suit well as Big Eyed Toad Tom has its short version, and sometimes stretches his legs to appear taller than he is regularly seen as.
