Summary
The Basic Fishing Rod is one of the various tools that can be obtained in the Frontier. It can be purchased from Luhr in Topple Town at a price of 500 gold. Besides that, there are no alternative methods of acquiring the Basic Fishing Rod outside of its main source.
Appearance/Usages
In appearance, the Basic Fishing Rod is a long standard fishing rod made of wood and metal with a reeler on the side. Other than that, there is not much else to its appearance.
Once equipped, players can click on any visible bodies of waters to cast their bobber into the water. Doing so will hold the player in place until the bobber splashes, indicating that a fish or an object have been hooked. Once the bobber splashes, players will left-click again to reel in the fish and/or object from the waters.

- The Basic Fishing Rod is the worst fishing rod out of all of the others.
- The Basic Fishing Rod does not provide any sort of catch rate bonuses.
