The Baltimore Worm is one of the many fishes that can be acquired in the Frontier. It is an aquatic worm that can be found in several bodies of waters that include the following:

• Blackrock Pond
• Fountain
• Black Tower Well

The Baltimore Worm can also be obtained as a possible 'rare' drop from the Parasite, a boss found in the Rabbit Hole at nighttime.

Appearance/Usages

In appearance, the Baltimore Worm is a lengthy worm creature possessing various colors applied to each and every small section of its body and tail. Its limb possesses a purple hue that is consistent throughout, unlike the color patterns of the worm's body.

The Baltimore Worm cannot be used in any shapes or forms, however, it can be consumed by the players in order to restore 100 HP back to their health pools. In addition, players will be granted 7 walkspeed points, slightly increasing the player's walkspeed temporarily. Other than that, it can be sold to a selling vendor at a selling price of 25,000 gold.
