Is it possible for plants to despawn? Does it depend on the rarity of the plant? For example, could I sit in an empty server for 5 hours to let rare plants spawn then go around the whole map to collect said rare plants?

I am sure they de-spawn.. But I am not a person who researches it
they de-spawn when no one is in the area
